PassNow provides an AI-powered quiz solving service through a Chrome browser extension. Our service analyzes screenshots of quiz questions and provides answers with explanations.

The service includes:

• Chrome browser extension for screen capture and question analysis
• AI-powered question analysis and answer generation
• Credit-based usage system

To use PassNow, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

By using PassNow, you agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or academic dishonesty that violates your institution's policies
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the extension
• Use automated systems to access the service beyond normal usage

PassNow offers both free and paid plans. Paid plans are processed through Stripe, our payment processor.

Payment terms include:

• All prices are displayed in your selected currency and include applicable taxes
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if you're not satisfied

Our service operates on a credit system where each question solved consumes one credit.

• Free accounts receive 10 credits upon registration
• Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active
• Unused credits are non-refundable but remain in your account

PassNow and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PassNow and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit through our service. Screenshots are processed and immediately deleted.

PassNow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated answers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PassNow shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Academic consequences resulting from use of our service
• Service interruptions or data loss

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Cancelling your subscription from your dashboard
• Contacting our support team to request account deletion
• Stopping use of the service

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service.

Continued use of PassNow after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
